Conference Rooms

Conference room scheduling at Bascom Hall is open to a select group of schedulers from various departments. Please adhere to the reservation guidelines when booking rooms.

To book a room, please fill out the Conference Room Reservation Form.

In addition, the following rooms are available in Bascom Hall for use as hoteling/touch down space:

  • Room 102
    • 4 workstations
    • Small conference table
    • Minimal storage
  • Room 102B
    • 3 workstations
    • Small conference table
    • Minimal storage

Rooms also have sit/stand desks with dual monitors and docking stations with hard line internet as well as good wifi.

These spaces are to accommodate staff that need a workspace either due to being on site versus remote or in Bascom for meetings and require a place to work for a few hours.

Hoteling space is not private.
